My plant is flowering under 18 hours of light

I dont think they turn auto after a year but good guess.
Do you have any dark leaks??? If even a bit of dark gets in during the day it'll send them into flowering.

Anyways what you got is a very mature vegg plant wanting to flower. It starts shooting out pistils and pre flowers showing its sex and saying that it's ready to flower. Happens to me after about 3 or 4 months of veg.
Keep it veggin, put it in flower, either way the plant will be fine.

Nah the preflowers came like 8 months ago these are flowers with calyxes and trichroms on the leafs that came out.....not sure what a dark spot is but my tent has a 2 foot t5 and two CFL's 200w equiv all 6500k spectrum and its sealed and I checked the timer and its working fine....here's some pictures they aren't the best but you can see the calyx in the one picture and look at the trichroms on the leafs what the hell.....

some strains will start to flower due to being root bound sweet pink grapefruit or ( spg ) comes to mind as 1 of these . have you bonzied the roots , cut them back ? btw yoda slamming people for giving legit advice on other help threads aint the stoner way if someones advice is at odds with yours point out the differances in a constructive manner . i myself have flamed others and have been a prick a few times but i refrain from that as i realize people make mistakes . best of luck.

That an odd structure indeed. Looks like reveg tbh. I don't see any pistils though bar some pre flowers. The spikes you are seeing are enlarged stipules, not pistils.
You would expect to see crowning pistils if it's in flower. Either way it looks like there is some type of hormonal change going on and it's recovering from it (defo looks like reveg).
I've had similar issues in veg when I've contracted a systemic issue with pests or fungus. Plants freaked out, tried to flower due to stress on a 20hr schedule and then revegged when the issue rectified.
