My plant is looking really unhealthy.. Please help!

Hey here i got three pics of my budding plant and a couple of pics of a retard I sprouted lol. It has two heads lol. I am not sure whats wrong with my plant leaves have gone from dark green to yellowy green with brown spots. I have no idea whats going on. please need help lol thanks

From the photos it looks like a manganese deficiency. I am attaching a link that I think you will find invalueable for reference in the future, it sure has been helpful to me.

Hey cheers for the help. I gave her epsom salts a few weeks ago and it hasnt helped... also I just use tap water buts its ok ph wise. Other people in the area i know use it and i havent seen this before.

should i try half strength nutrient solution??????????
