My plant has been dropping a little, the old leafs are turning yellow and have some brown spots on them. New growth also has spots and is droopy but no discoloration, I’m new to growing so I don’t really know what’s wrong with it.

I am no way an expert on the subject but could this be overwatering? Small plants in a big pot and the medium looks really damp expect for that dry circle around it.

I think the medium looks damp because I just got done watering the plant, but I know that the droopy is coming from overwatering I just started a new feeding schedule. The issue that I have right now is the yellowish leaves and the brown spots, do you think it could be nitrogen or calcium deficiency??

Currently I’m feeding it tap water, heard it has calcium and magnesium, and for nutes I’m using a basic organic plant food, I think it’s 2-1-1. What are some things I can do to provide more nitrogen? And I’m currently running a mix of cfl and led’s in a closet grow

I would water around the base of the plants instead of around the outside of the pot. It looks really dry around the plant itself. I start clones in 15 gal pots sometimes, so too big of a pot isn't really an issue if you ask me.

I had just watered so that explains why it looked so dry, what I’m concerned about is the brown spots and yellow leafs. Already had to prune two of the old ones since they shriveled

If you think it's a deficiency, don't prune anything until you get the plants healthy. If it is a deficiency the plants are using the nutes in those leaves as they need. That's why they are yellowing if that makes sense.

Thank you for helping, I’m gonna try and watch over it really closely over the next week or two and see if it improves, thank you for helping out !
