my plant seems really weak.. :(

i just started growing 12 days ago. my plants pretty big as far as i think lol. i have no experience so im not sure whats big and whats not. im pretty sure the seed i got was from some really good mids my dealer has. its the best ive tasted in quite a while. ive been smoking for a long time and decided to do this now..
Anyways..

Its Day 12 today. its about 8 1/2 inch but its starting to droop.. really bad :( i had to straighten out a paper clip and push it into the soil to hold the stalk up. im not sure if it should be this tall when the stalk is so thin. it worries me a bit.

it has the 2 leaves at the bottom. then the ones at the top are pretty big. (this pic, the paper clip is holding it up.

It has 2 little leaves starting to grow out of the top.

see how in that pic it is very bended. it curves. its not straight like i thought it would be... D:

That last one is the plant when the paper clip is not hanging up. Im not sure if i am over watering (it turns yellow right?) theres no yellowness at all. My leaves are VERY gree. the stalk is a lighter yellowish greenish and the bottom of the stalk is kind of brownish reddish..

Like i said i have no experience other then what ive read on the netz.

Thank you :)

Yo.

I had this problem when I started my plants....I actually had them in a 44oz Wendys cup to start them off. I ended up taping some toothpicks together to make a thick, long tooth pick that I could prop the drooping plant up against. Also, I used a bread tie to tie the stem to the tooth pick. Im pretty sure it has something to do with the light being too far away from the plant. If you can get the plant up against the toothpick or paperclip it will eventually straighten itself out. Also, try and move the light closer to your plant.

Good luck and I hope to see more pix further down the road :)

your plant is stretched out and dancing around trying to get better light. it curves because you've had the light at different angles as you've grown it. to fix:

1. add more dirt, bury the stem all the way to the set of round leaves.

2. keep your light closer to the plant. if it's a fluorescent light you want it within a couple of inches of the plant.

are you sure i should bury it up that much? thats over 4 inches of the stalk.

and yes it is a flourescent light. My lamp is broken and so i have been changing angles. i need a more steady environment for it.

this IMG_0002.jpg is what a 6" high plant should look like.

yes, i am sure about burying the stem - yours is too weak to support a healthy plant.

dangg i am realllyyyy not doing to good a job. i will bury it up to then right now.

just buried it all the way up. and steadied the light out. im gonna leave it alone and let it grow without touching anything but watering.

you are eventually going to need more light. an adult plant needs about 75 actual watts of fluorescent light to make a good amount of weed. also, only female plants produce usable amounts so you're better off planting more than one seed to increase your chances of having a female. you don't want to waste two months and have nothing to show for it.
