My plants are 14 weeks into flowering stage, trics still not changing! Please help ..

14 weeks into flowering, 17 weeks 12/12. Trics are still clear! They are under 4 to 5 '40' watt 6500k bulbs. Enclosed ventilated area, no light leaks. I can't figure out what the problem is. I took one plant outside a couple days ago, brought it back in at 12 hours. Will do the same for another few days. I'm trying to see if the natural light will speed it along. Maybe I do need an HPS light in this stage. Can anyone give me somes ideas if you have been going through this too?

What will that do for them. I thought 2700ks were for vegging stage. I've got 5 plants with (5) 40 watt cfls per sq ft. Not to sound stupid, but if the lighting is weak, the trics won't change?

Its the other way around. 6500K is for veg because it has a green blue spectrum, where as 2700K has a more orange red spectrum. the redder the better when flowering and you definitely need more light!
