Ok this is my first grow and I have started like 18 plants inside so I can move them outside when it gets warm. So anyways I transplanted a couple days ago into somethin bigger than what I has for them, well I went to check on them today and the tips of the leaves were a lighter green than the rest of the leaves and were shriveling up and they were drooping as well. This is my first time grow but I have read on this kind of growing for hours and hours but I never read anything on this??? I might post pics later if sum1 really needs me to but I'm using a iPod touch so it's difficult and I really dnt know how... But sum1 plz help!!!

posting pics is your best bet. Everytime you move the plants, it shocks them. You have to be extremely careful/sanitary when transplanting to avoid shocking the plants too much. Everytime I move my plants, whether from the cloner or to bigger bins, they shock for a couple days, come right back, and have no problem.

Overwatering or Moisture Stress one of the two. Does this make sence to you so I can elaborate on how to fix it?

Well I have a temp and humidity gauge in that tank never goes above 80 degrees and the highest humidity is 80% after I water them and I water when the top of the dirt is dry maybe every 2 or 3 days I water. These plants are 2 weeks old today from sprouting and me planting them. Thank u so much for replying, hopefully we can get this figured out.

There you go 80% is a extreme.. you need to lower it to at least 60%.. get extra ventilation

Well I dnt have anything with a fan in it, I have read alot about computer fans but I dnt have the money nor access to one. Any house items u can think of to increase the ventilation?I have another piece of white card board on top on the tank to reflect more light.

There are small 3" fans on amazon that you could use for intake/outtake... also computer fans.. whatever, get ingenious

Do you think my plants will survive 1 more month in this tank without me installing those fans bcuz that's around the time I will be transplanting outside. Btw do you have any tips for when I do transplant outside,do you think it's worth my time to get some cheap fertilizers from walmart foe vege and flower stages? Sorry for all the consecutive questions I just wanna get a decent yield btw these plants came from midgrade bagseed, I have 20 plants I am anticipating atleast 10 gurlies... Is that askin for to much???

@ Maps, you do know my tank is soil right??? I have my plants in 16oz cups in there lol... I read that the humidity didn't really matter during veg state???

I'm a newbie myself.... but the first thought that came to my mind was you have no air exchange in that tank.... thus, probably Co2 levels aren't quite what they should be...but by all means... let someone more knowledgeable chime in before you take my word for it.... good luck either way!

Hey Bro, I think your plants will out grow that in less than a month anyway, or strangle each other growing. Seems like a lot in that small box...hurry spring lol

Kennyg126,
To answer your question,
" come to think of it i left my plants outside for like an hour the other day bcuz it was like 60 degrees and sunnny. could it be sun burn?"

Yes a plant that has been raised under fluorescent lights will cook in the sun!
We start 5000 tomatoes and peppers every winter under fluorescent lights, and in the spring we put the plants in partial shade for 4-5 days to get them used to the sun.
So don't forget this when you get ready to transplant outside, and good luck!

There are too many in that space, and definitely need air flow. What soil are you using? hydrodensa is talking about hardening off. They need partial sun, so they may have been shocked by the 10 fold increase in lumens.

Well said hydrodensa!! Couldn't had said it better myself!! I did this same shit two summers ago! I had started my babies inside, and then it got warm one day b4 summer and the sum was
shinning all in the front door, so I sit the plants in front of the door so the sun could hit down on them!! Bad mistake!! You would think that a plant would LOVE sun, but not after they have
spent there entire little lives under different lighting! When you think about it, it makes ALLOT of since, doesn't it!?

Another thing bud " IDK if you have holes in the bottom of your cups that those ladies are in, if not they need to be, just saying, I have seen ALLOT of people not make drainage
holes for there plants! Bad chances for mold to set up in the containers and or cause root rot! Just trying to give a heads up. And if you do have, then sorry. Just trying to help.. Later bro.. D.
