My plants are growing thin but good,would they produce any bud?

4 weeks in and they look very fragile and thin with a lot of leaves
Iam doing an experiment so they are receiving only 2 hours of light per day and around 10 hours of non direct light
Ive seen some guys succeed while doing this
What are your thoughts?
