My plants are not flowering?!?

New grower. I got vanilla kush and g13 labs cheese. Fem!!! Both are female "feminized" and I flowered them on New Years. And I don't see them flowering at all what's the deal? This is my set up. I ran out of nutes from my aerogarden and I put them in soil and perlite 50/50 mix. Tell me what you think my problem is.

You don't even tell what your light schedule is, it could be as simple as that.
You say 'flowered', what does that mean? Changed to flower light schedule? 12/12?
How old are the seeds from sprout?
Are they autos?

uhm thats weird flowered mine on new years and they are almost done.. did you sex them? I know they said fem'd but maybe they are males?
