No It is the soil. I tested from where i bought and same shit. Whole container of wholesaler has infected soil. I bay new soil and im testing it. I put in jar and add water i will watch this soil for one week. If any bugs exists will go to top of the soil.hey nick, do yo have animals? your pets can bring in pests, and so can you easily.... they might not be coming from the soil.. it might be great soil... but you might need some pesticides if they come back with the new batch with new, and sanitized area... my 2 cents..
This is the best advise........some seeds can be started in nutrient rich soil.....but some can't.....getting some seed starting soil will eliminate the guessing if the seeds you have do or do not.......starting in a smaller container makes things a little easier as well......water only when pot feels light....only then.....seedlings are especially sensitiveUse 18 oz cups to start'em~ Use some seed starter soil~
Water just enough to get them going you don't have
to soak the soil. It'll take a week just for the 18 oz
cups to dry out. You put that little baby in a big pot
it'll never dry out!!
Is there away to up/down ur ph without ph up/down??ok, yeah man two waterings a day is wayyy too much. leave your plants alone for a couple days, the oxygen to your roots is necessary, even in hydro systems. Your tap water might not be too bad, mine is around 7.7, but drop it down to 6.5 so the plants have an easier time grabbing nutes from the soil... but yeah dude, i have smaller pots and i water it every 2 days at most. it wouldnt hurt to buy a ph meter and phup/down either, but your tapwater could be rockin.. read up about soil, plants, and ph'ed water, your babies will love you for it.
yeah its like coffe grounds, and something else... someone has definitely posted something about it before... and remember, theyre just plants, so botonist websites are going to have the best info... but check here on RIU...there has to have been a post about it before..Is there away to up/down ur ph without ph up/down??
