My plants leaves are burnt!

Hi! This is how my plants looks like! First I though it is nitrogen or mg deficieny or both cause the first leaves started getting yellow only but when I gave it more nutrients it gone worse. But it doesnt look like a nut burn to me! Can someone please help?
