my plants look like my babies are dying...how to help them?

hello to everyone
These plant don't look good can some one help me ?

1) PICTURE OF PLANT *** VERY IMPORTANT ***
2) Growing indoor or outdoors .....its a indoor grow
3) Watering schedule......every 3 days or so
4) Growing Medium...soil
5) What stage of growth.....picture 1 and 2 are in veg stage and picture 3 and 4 are in 3rd week of flowering

While pictures may be worth a thousand words.... in order to get help from folks here we will need a few words too. :D

When asking for help it's great to post pictures.... but you also need to tell us what / how you are growing.

Strain growing
Method (Soil, Hydro)
Medium(s) used (soil, perlite, coco... etc)
PH
PPM
Room Temp
Res Temp (if hydro)
watering schedule
Nutes used (and at what interval)
Lights used
ventilation


Etc. etc. .... any info about how you are growing will help people here help you figure out what the problem is. :D

OK.... you listed a few things... now fill in the missing pieces (based on the list in my last post)
