My plants seems to be growing very slow

Well I added 100 w led and a big ol flood light removed the old school halogen light. I made a journal to keep track of growth. So one is 8 in tall the other is 4 1/2 in tall. Let's see how much growth they make over a week. Hopeful I'll see some improvement. I've ran out of lamps to convert. Maybe I can find some really cheap ones.
