My Sativa strain grow - 6 weeks and 3 days old!

Here is another one of my plants. Same conditions, no nutrients yet but I'm going to start light with MG here tomorrow. I am growing them under pure sunlight How long until I can start flowering this one? Also, I've topped this plant once already accidentally when I meant to FIM it. Any feedback would be great. Thanks.

On the picture with the dead bottom fan leave, would it be safe to just take the whole thing off? The reason it died is because I went on vacation for a week and couldn't water it as it sat in the sun. Thanks.

Thanks. I need to transplant this baby into a bigger pot as well, it's in a 1-2 gallon pot right now.
