My setup, plus my 3 sour diesel auto's. Should I add more lights?

So I have 3 baby's 2 weeks old about, all needed nutrients, that's done now. 2 small fans, 6, 100 watt cfl bulbs 1750 lumens each. on a timer 18 light, 6 dark. Pic posted are the veg room under the dirt underneath my steps underground. Rubber sided wood Walls put up and silver lining for reflection. Let me know what i can do to make it better. Working on my flowering room today. Should I put more lights in as the temp is only 77 always.

200 cfl per plant is perfect. Though when i used them i prefered 42 or 23 watters. More bulbs let you cover the plant better.

I got what you meant, i smoked to much last night lol. Splitters for my lights and the new led bulbs I bought should come as Well gonna have atleast a light every 6 inches in this berg box, plus the flowering box is half way set up. Gonna need ideas for lights for my flowering tho. Something under 100$ would be awesome considering I have fans and the room already and it's 8ft by 12 ft long and it's 8 ft high.

Honestly $100 dor a decent light isn't achievable. Yes you can find $100 or under cheap led and theyll grow, but not as good, burn out sooner than good lights, make it hotter than better built lights. You can go to autocob shop i believe it is and get single cobs as you grow and upgrade when you want. Believe they are$100 apiece and are 55 real watts. 1 per plant would be sweet, but if you keep growing 3 plants maybe 2 and cdls on sides could work. Also HGL has 135 watt Quantum Board for $185 and is good for 2.5x2.5 sq feet. 3-4 plants good there.
