I dont use a 250w MH for veg simply because i dont have one, and a 250w hps is more than good enough for vegging.
I dont use any eco-lites at the moment, i broke my blue one, but blue for veg and red for flower, tho iv used both for both and havnt noticed any difference, light is light lol
And i dont have the table in my veg tent anymore deviding the two sections, that was knocked up at speed just to suit my needs at that time, lots of plants and not much space, that all went long ago see.........

Mr west is right, if you follow my growrooms to the point if cloning it lol your bound to not get it right, i wont be around to answer questions on my setup all the time so i think you should look into what would work for you, my setups work for me in uk conditions, temp and weathers etc, i dont know where you are in the world but these factors play a huge part in determining whats needed for your setup.
