My stealth grow box and grow---tips/advice wanted

Hey all just posting this to show my pics of my grow box and bubba kush grow the kush is 12 days since planted im sorry if the pictures r bit haggard but would like advice im thinkn its pretty stunted for its age but its still early days i gess?
Aswell my grow box i got 2 cfl lights 48w=240w ones 5000k natural and other is 48=240w 3000k warm white is it cool that i mix these 2 together?

That light is way too close for a seedling, lower those pots!

No worries, also do not over water. Make sure the soil is dry between waterings, it has a tiny root system and won't use up as much water as you think, but evenly water the soil anyway.
