If I grow in coca how many times do I water it a week and how often do I use nutrients

it's difficult for someone to tell you how much to water a plant.
It's something you really just kinda gotta learn to feel.
A plant with dry soil feels exponentially lighter than a plant that has recently been watered.
Dig your finger around in the coir and feel how dry it is. Go down about an inch halfway to the edges and see how moist it is. Wet coco is also darker than dry.

Coco Coir is really innovative and cool, in the sense that it is like growing in soil but you control all nutrients. I would say give it one dose while your plants are in early vegetative stage and then resume feeding about three weeks into vegetative growth. Kinda observe and see when your plants start to need nutes.
