my trilogy

my fellow stoners i am now embarking on my third attempt to succesfully grow.
the first 2 trys were shity of wich the most recent grow(9-1-07) i ferted to early and burned them horribly..... so here we grow again
im using a 4ft flour with 4 100 watt cfls to grow(hopefully) 2 northern light bitches to keep me happy for a while..
i also have a humidifier, mylar, and a ph of 6.0-6.5, and other stuff im just to stoned to write it all. so i'll post pics soon i just started on 10-14-07 so wish me luck

just another update of the kids, there a couple of days old now a little stretchy but all in all their doing fine.
by the way a bout a month ago on my last grow i went to tie down one of the tops on a plant when i accidently pull to hard and snapped it off so i put it to the side and went to work on the others (and my blunt) when i was done i remembered (about an hour later)about the top, i decided to see if i can treat it like a clone and plant it mind u i have no knowledge of how to do this besides what i read on this site from all u wonderful potheads. so being fully baked i went forth on another journey but i didn't have any root hormone, a clean razorblade, a humidity dome all i had was dirt
so i found a plastic container that had staples in it took them out threw in the dirt, i grabbed the now wilting top and took an old pair of scissors and trimmed the top leaving just a couple of leaves and i also cut the stem at an angle and scored the stem i planted it and laughed because im a stoner
i walked away and when i checked on it later it had stopped wilting a couple of days later there was new growth on it. was this just stoner luck or stoner skill hmmmm what ever it was it work that is until the vibrations from the fan knocked it over when i found it the root system was surprisingly big.anyway sorry this is so wordy im just trying to get my mind off of having to wait for my delivery peace out potheads

hi everyone it is now day 11 and im worried about my plants they look really small for being 11 days old what do u guys think i just recently planted the same seeds in the same soil and everything and by 11 days they were starting their 3rd node. the only thing i did differently is i added epsom salt to the soil so i dont know if i overloaded with magnesium

Overwatering. Don't feed them for 2 days and you'll straighten out all your shit. Dats what i had to do.

once again i have failed my plants are now dying they r 14 days old and look like 2 days old 1 of them turned brown and the leaves got crispy the other (which im still holding on to)is doing nothing its the same size same color same everything like its suspended in time, i think it was the epsom salt i was to stoned to measure so i just grabbed some and threw it in the soil and mixed guess i learned a lesson. the good news is started my last 3 beans of northern lights yesterday so here we grow again stay tuned for another epic journey part 4 ATTACK OF THE BROWNTHUMB can the maniacal villian destroy the future of the Northern Lighteans stay tuned

Stop killing those plants!

I'm just talking out of the side of my neck here, but could your problem be that you don't trust that these plants know what they are doing? They can grow themselves.

In my opinion the majority of the advice given in these forums is directed toward those who want to grow the very best weed possible, and is not geared toward "just keeping'em alive." -- I hope that made some sense. In other words, it might be that we need to watch how these plants keep themselves alive, before we try to enhance that life. (Jesus, you would think I was stoned!) So, I would suggest--and I don't know anything really--that before you mess with your plants, you trust that they can grow without you!

my good friend u r absolutely right---itried too hard to grow a ultra super duper mega blah blah blah crop instead i ended up with crap, back to the basics for me water, soil and light. and yes i can't belive you are not stoned, usually only potheads can give this divine form of knowledge. thank u ganja guru keep a look out for my new journal thanks
