Trying to see the diffference between clear and milky, but I´m still not sure...It´s been almost 10 weeks into flowering...Please help. Thanks.

The color of the milk you drink, is "Milky" it's the THC highway....
Clear, will glisten in the light...
Your hairs have receded some, a little longer....
How are your Calyxes? Are they swollen and look like they are going to pop out a seed?
As soon as you see some Amber/Tea colored Tric's....
When the little globe on the end of the little tric, fills with a dark color, then it's time....
Those buds look like they need to fatten a bit....

The clear, milky, amber stuff is when you look at your plant through a hand-held microscope (Radio shack or hydro store $15). You can't see the trichs with the naked eye. When to chop is a personal choice. Clear=no where near ready, Cloudy/Milky=getting there but not yet, Amber=Time to chop. I personally chop at the first signs of amber trichs....other's wait until 20% are amber. The more amber, the more "couch-lock" you'll get from your weed......very little amber is more of an energetic high.

Always thought,milky ,cloudy for sativa's n'15/20% amber for indica's!
