My very first indoor setup.

Just joined the site wanted to show off my first indoor setup. I started with 11 White Skunk clones and 2 God Bud clones from a friend of mine with one clone per bucket except for 2 buckets had 2 plants each (although I was happier with one per bucket in the end). This was in a 4x4x7 enclosure using soil in modified 5gal buckets. I drilled holes in the top bucket then added 2" of pebbles to aid draining then topped with 20% perlite, some bone & blood meal, and mulching soil from a local nursery. That bucket went inside of another bucket to catch excess water. One of the God Bud plants was in a 5gal Grow Mama deep water cultivation bucket. I Used a 1000W dimmable MH/HPS light setup with the generic bat-wing hood. I had a window A/C unit feeding into the lower port and a couple of different house fans for heat evacuation and air flow (notice the one on top uses a Pabst box and some good ol duct tape to work right)! I used the General Organics "go box" for my nutrient regimen. It was setup with a 24/0 light period for veg and 12/12 for flowering. I had a spider mite problem right before flowering but got a tiny little vial of white liquid from the local grow shop (i don't remember what it was called) and knocked em out. In the end I wound up with close to a pound of super potent nugs and had a 0% loss due to mold, bugs, or anything else for that matter!

Feel free to post on this thread to tell me what you think or if you have any questions!

You have done well Grasshopper. :) A couple of suggestions, first would be to reduce your veg lighting to 18/6. Plants actually need the rest period as that is the time when actual carbohydrate production which is required for growth, it is known in biology as the Calvin Cycle. It will also cut your energy usage during that time by 25%. The other would be to turn off your HID and use a regular lamp to illuminate your grow room when you are taking photos. I for one would love to see the actual colors of those beauties. :) Have a great day and happy growing, Larry
