Well i know what you guys are thinking, "Is he gonna talk about how pot is bad for you?" well no. I have been wanting to do this for a while, i would like to express my view on how pot is a art form. I know it sounds weird but follow along and pot will probably never be the same to you, but greater.
OK, first i would like to explain how smoking pot could be a art. Well yea anyone can go to there dealer, pay 10 bucks for a dime bag, stick it in there bong and get high. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that at all. But if one wanted to get the most out of there pot they should savor the moment.
How could one do that? Well take it slow, take the time to feel your buds, fell the texture, look at it and explore its beautiful build up. Look at the crystals, sometimes i get a magnified glass and look its hairs. Smell the aroma the this unique strain has, take the time to tell the difference from one strain to another. Some people say that all weed smells and tastes the same, that is because they do not take the time to fell the difference.
As for taste, well the taste is one of the most important things i look for. I like to take the time to enjoy the smoke, taste it, smell it, have fun and do tricks with the smoke. Ill play with one hit for a while so that i can get the full effects, taste, and smell. Here are some examples of some different tastes you should expect from different strains- Citrus, Berry(All types), Tangy, Sour, Spicy(Almost all strains have some sort of spice), Fruity, Cheesy(good cheese not bad), Skunky(Really love skunky), Rain forest(Really refreshing), there are tons of more dynamic flavors that cant even be described. You could even have a journal to keep track of the different strains and traits.
The all important high. For a lot of people, the high is the only thing that is important, and it is definitely one of the most important because we wouldn't smoke if we didn't get high.... But you wouldn't smoke bud that tasted like dog poo to get high would you? But anyway, as for savoring the high. You should take it slow, feel what the buzz fells like, feel what the high is like and feel what the stoned is like. So what i mean is don't just take a bunch of hits in a row to get stoned fast, because you wouldn't be able to enjoy the other levels of the effects. Also, you could use a journal like mentioned before to document the high for that strain. Feel the effects, see what is happening and try out new things to see what they are like.
Well, thank you for reading. I hope maybe this might make smoking pot 100000% more enjoyable knowing how to savor the moment. Thanks dudes.
