I think it's a white mold.....many different species. I've read to scoop it out ( not breathing it in of course...could be harmful ) and shit can it. Many plants which have poor air circulation are more inclined to develop molds.Fine, white filaments.... my promix has worm castings added.

Lol I thought it was a rooter in there.have little domes on them.. they're seed into soil. its only on the moist circle of soil the bottles cover. had me worried for a minute.
