hes workin on grafting right now hes movin in that direction prof/
You know i've done grafting on my grandfathers farm when i was little.
We had apple trees out in the back yard and they were pretty ugly all black skinned and looking like it had elephantitus...
He showed me how to graft apple trees that we grew to grow new apples on any (apple)tree you wanted..
It was so Simple and elegant. Every year when the tree grew he took branches from these and added them to younger trees and then waited for the graft to take and killed the top of the younger tree... thus maintaining the genetics of the plant but giving its youth back..thus he sad the strain would never die, or become diluted.
It was genius.. I often wondered the success rate of grafting.. some plants are so hearty you can graft from a leaf. I heard someone in the community tried it and got roots then death.
But i always wondered could you apply the same method..?
I have seen air rooting i think is my new must try method. rooting clones without detaching them from the mainstem thus guaranteeing viability.

I'm gonna call this Journal Fatigue haha.

3 rooted mothers (top left: headband #1, top right: hashberry #1, bottom mid: hashberry #2). one day they looked fine, the next morning they were wilty and dry, so i fed them, i guess since they are in smaller containers they need a touch more frequent feedings. so just recovering from that and gonna bonsai them (getting the tent @harv)

fam:

Headband1: bulky nugs, kinda foxtailish but maybe i'm wrong and they are just really big cylaxes. it has a silvery sheen to it now, really beautiful. i hope it gives the high i want because i have a mother of it :P

Headband2: not quite the silvery sheen, but big chunky nugs, has more red hairs than the first.

Chemdog: has more sativa more clumpy bud structure. the lower nugs are decently frosty and mixed colour hairs. interesting.

bluewidow, still short and bushy lol. BUT its starting to get fat and frosty :)

powerkush, who knows what happned, but i like it :P gonna make it bho plant :P

Hashberry #1, so beautiful, caked with frost from the naked eye. not as chunky buds, but wow frosty. it smells beautiful, and some of the tips of the leaves are a little purple :)

hashberry #2, this thing is done quite honestly, the fan leaves are all yellow and stuff. but i'm just leaving it up for now can't hurt right? i am flushing and just making sure its using up that final burst of life. either way, its chunky, frosty, smells beautiful, and has purple tips.

and uhh yeah. probably next update is harv.
