Mystery liquid on leaves?????

Hey everyone, I am only 5 days into flowering and have started to notice random leaves have a strange liquid on them. I am growing indoors with CFLs and a bubbleponics system. I touched it and it feels a little oily and has a strong smell. Is this normal for marijuana plants or what could be happening?

I don't think its water as it feels greasy. I tried to take a picture but you cant see it. Its really just a liquid on random leaves about the size of a dime.

During the night sap, like trees and bushes and other plants have, will at times build up on plant leaves so likely it is normal.
