Hello, all. I'll get pics up shortly, though I doubt their helpfulness in this situation.
I've got a Girl Scout Cookies from Fast Buds that I had started inside, but placed outside probably around week 5. Now it's about harvest time, and strangely, all of the stigmas have disappeared. They were turning orange pretty uniformly across the plant prior to their diappearance. I DO see new stigmas growing in some spots.
There is no other damage on the plant.
We had a lot of rain and wind in the last few weeks.
I'm currently thinking the stigmas had browned and died, and the rain and wind simply detached and washed them away.
I can't find any likely herbivores that target only stigmas, and don't leave other signs of damage. I did read about the Hemp Russet mite, but that isn't looking likely.
I haven't sprayed the plants with anything, though they've received a good deal of rain for a few weeks.
Any ideas? Wind and rain detaching them seems the most likely at this time so I'm not worrying, just wondering.
