Mystery seed, first grow, CFL

They've been inside 2 black socks germinating in wet paper towels inside plastic bags, I think the low temps I used was probably the reason I kept having duds.

That's pretty good, they're double online for pre-made setups.

I closed the air conditioner vent in my second bedroom and germinated 2 seeds in 24 hours using paper towels. It was hot as hell in there, 85+

Do you have a room you can close the A/C vent(s) on for a day or 2?
 
No AC in my place, just fans and open windows. I had originally germed them in a drawer but it was way too cool in there, it hasn't really been that warm at night.
 
If JH2 cracks soil and I put these other 3 in soil I'll be at my max of 5 to 6 plants growing. I don't want to big of a crop before we move, hopefully they won't be too tall by the time we move. Hope to sign a lease this week
 
ah you gotta think positively my friend and name her now.

They say that named plants do better then non named plants. I'm sure that's total bull shit but I'll try anything. HA HA
 
I am thinking positively, the only thing in my mind is "don't fuck this one up" I'd love to get it to live long enough to even show sex, lol
 
No sign from JH2 yet :(

2 of the 3 med seeds I germed are ready for soil but I realized I'm out of the pallets, can I put them straight into FFOF or should I go buy some? Or cubes?

I just put my 2 Northern Light straight into FFOF and they have both popped out of the soil today (3 days from the day I started germination)
 
ok thanks, I'll try it with one of them for now... I have a bad feeling about JH2, it's been 4 days since it went into soil and no sign of her....or him
 
I might have jumped the gun a bit and planted it early. I put a light layer over it and sprayed it down then another light layer over that, then the dome. I did both the same way and JH1 is thriving.


EDIT NEVERMIND! Just took a quick peak to see wtf was going on and apparently it was pushing up some soil that dried up hard over it and wouldn't let it pop out, say hello (or good morning like me :D) to JH2!

thanks! that gives me more chances on getting a girl too :D Now if only JH3 would pick up the pace and get out of it's shell, it's cracked open but struggling to get a taproot. The other 2 seeds have taproots as long as JH2's was when I put it in soil so I'm gonna start those off soon after a quick bong hit of my favorite strain, Jack Herer bongsmilie :D

I feel really lucky growing my favorite strain, it would be like having an Amstel Light brewery at my disposal, lol
