if everything goes as planned next summer with my future business venture. I will just buy a condo over in San Diego and live there during the winter and here during the summer. Ill become a California resident to get the MMJ :D

You can easily get a $130k condo right now, 2br, 2ba in a decent neighborhood for $5500 down and about $1100 a month with HOA and Mello Roos fee's included.

Some area's have it and some don't, basically it's a loan to help pay for the community around the area to keep the value of the homes up, they run out after a period of time (and you can tell by the area's, lol)
