ne one use these for triming?

im thinking about getting a Hydrofarm HGPP400C Precision Curved Blade Pruner for triming my buds it hurts my fingers when i use sicors the little hole u stick ur finger in hurts the side of my finger when i prune allong time it gets exauseting these sicors are 8$ free shiping heres a pic of the pair im probably geting they have diff colors to

o i have never looked at walmart are they confterable? ill look it up :) i might just get something like that then im going to check around a little more because ill have to use them for years and i want them to be relly confterable. i think the hydrofarm even has a spring in it so its easy to open i think thats the part that hurt my fingers then i open the sicors up for a snip :(

Those are basically the same type I use and they work quite well. To sharpen all you do is cut through some sandpaper doesn't matter what grade and clean them with alcohol after trimming. Of course what I said about maintenance is true for any trimmers.

relly just sand paper. ha i cant belive i have been useing the sicors for all these years :) never even though to look for a better pair i mean they are the tintey trimming sciors but they hurt like hell after a while they are dull now to im about to be harvesting in a few more weeks so i figured i should get a new pair :)

I love the Fiskars 'micro-tip snips.' I don't use the bigger sheers very often, but they're nice to have. Walmart, Target, Lowes, and Home Depot carry them. Wouldn't surprise me if Wal-Greens and Rite-Aid carry them too. They cost about $8-$10. Sometimes you can find a good deal on a twin pack. I've seen other brands carry similar snips at my local hydroponic store for more money. I'm sure they're just as good if not better, but I keep buying the Fiskars brand.
