Need a Couple of Quick Questions Answered for the Memory Banks...

What constitutes the first true set of leaves and is that the first node? After the cotyledons there is a set of single point leaves, followed by a set of 3 point leaves. I'm assuming the first set of 3 point leaves is the first set of true leaves and the first node?

When does a seedling enter the first week of veg? Is it at the first true set of leaves? Start veg nutes at first true set of leaves? Or is the first day of a seedling considered the first week of veg? I think the former not the latter, but need advice.

I'm about two weeks into flower for my first grow. I've fed Fox Farm's Grow Big twice a week for the first two weeks of flower @ 4 tsp. per gallon. That's all the nutes I had available at the time. Now I have the trio of nutes (GB, BB, TB). I also have FloraKleen. I'm gonna start in on week 5 of the Fox Farm feeding schedule for soil. Plants are actually 6 weeks old but I'm planning an additional week of flower. Anyways, should I do a light flush before I start in on the week 5 feed schedule (nutes at half strength) or wait for the next flush on the schedule?

Thanks guys for any help. bongsmilie

Question 1: Yes
Question 2: yes after the first set of true leaves is when you can give half strength or even quarter strength Nutrients to be safe.
even though veg actually starts after the seed shell has fallen off and the first two baby leaves are fully grown. the seedling itself has enough nutrients to last for 2 to 3 weeks.
Question 3: just wait until the next flush on the schedule also theres no need to make it half strength unless you have a nutrient sensitive strain. hope this helps :)
