Need a Diagnosis on my Plant

I am on week 7 of 10 weeks flowering my White Widow and one of my two plants is suddenly not doing well. It started about 4 days ago and has gotten worse.

The fan leaves at the top of the plant are all starting to die, and I am getting amber colored pistils on my colas. I am worried that the plant is starting to go bad, but I have no idea as to why. The second WW is doing fine, with no dead leaves and a nice green color to it.

I water with 1 gallon of PH balanced water (6.5-7.0) every other day and I am currently feeding with Fox Farm Big Bloom(3 tsp) and Tiger Bloom(2tsp) every other watering.

Today I just gave the plant 1/2 gallon of water, as it seems to have a lot of run-off with a full gallon.

Does this look like over watering???

Thanks, brother. I have been going over everything in my head of what could have gone wrong and I now have settled on a bad case of nute burn. I was being cheap with my Big Bloom and using the remaining amount in the bottom and I realize that it is just too concentrated. I tossed the rest of the bottle and I am going to use a new bottle that I have. Fuck.

Thanks for the links, guys.

Looks like a Cal/Mag deficiency to me. Try 1 Tbsp of Epsom salts per gal of water. All my Sats and Sat doms have just craved cal/mag during flower.

Oh, they'll still need the N, just not as much. And if you're in soil, don't go nuts on the P like many feel ya have to do. a 3-4-3 or thereabouts is fine for flowering. The microbes make the P more readily available.
