Need a Diagonosis

This little girl has been drooping over the past few days. Not really getting worse, but not improving. Her growth has literally stopped. I originally thought overwatering so I let her dry out for 2 days, but nothing improved. For the next watering I used water that had an airstone in it running for 24 hours to add extra oxygen. Transplanting thinking that she was root bound. The root mainly were at the bottom with not much around the sides which leads me to beleive this is a watering issue. Temps are 77F with 25% Humidity. No yellowing on the leaves or anything.

It does look like it's overwatered, let it dry for a little longer, cause I usually water my vegging plants about 2 times a week.
 
I threw a humidity dome over the plant last night. Lights have been on for 3 hours and she seems to have perked back up, especially the top growth.

I see this sometimes when I pot then up. I think it is possible to damage the roots a little and they do go into a transplant shock. I like to transplant them when they are on the dry side which helps. If I am too anxious and transplant with only small root it can happen and you basically kill the plant. Also I have seen this when I potted into cold soil. This seems to really piss them off. Maybe a combination? Also once I had an issue in a cold winter spell when humidity rose and temperature dropped for over a week. It seemed like the plants were slowing down, soil was staying wet, with green on the top. I added a heater and increased ventilation. Within a week all was back to normal. If you had not said the temp was 77 degrees I would of said they looked cold and wet. Not growing with drooped leaves like that. Maybe the ground is colder then the air? I would not water, flush, cover or fertilize and stick near the fan. Good luck.

She is constantly perking up. Just waiting for another pair of leaves to lift and then I'll remove the humnidty dome. Inside the dome its like 50%, where as without it, it's like 25%. She was drooping before the transplant though. More pics in a few hours to show improvement.
 
should be fine without the dome. those are more necessary when plants are without roots to absorb water, as with clones

see what happens if you give it more light
 
24 hours later and here she is. First pic is yesterday, second pic is now (on left) transplanted another seedling into a 2 gallon.

Ended up transplanted all 3 of them and seems like the growth is picking up. May start up a thread for them or continue to update here. Thanks to everyone for the help.
 
You may have properly diagnosed this yourself in your first post. Until you have a good root mass ive found even sitting in a warm spot theyll need very little watering. After my intial watering in of a seed ive waited up to a week before they need watered agian. I start out in 1 qt pots. The old pick it up and feel how heavy it is works great for me, peace.
