Get Bontone or similar cheap rooting gel or powder that contains at least 0.1% indole-3-butyric acid (IBA). Use a razor, put some on the razor, cut a branch containing at least two nodes, but not down to the main stem unless topping and taking cutting from main top. Cut the bottom at 45 degrees, submurge the bottom tip in water immediately. Make up a little pot. Roll the tip cut at the bottom In the bottle until the bottom where you cut and maybe a smidge higher is covered in the powder or gel, put a little of that in the planting hole, stick the cut, covered end in and mold dirt around it. Humidity is good for it, but not too much. I found spider mites beginning in the one I used a bag as a humidity cover for. The gatorade bottle half allowed some to escape and I've been watching for signs of more mites, but none so far. The 4 I saw eating the leaves were all there were.
