Need a little help with one of my girls

Can someone please enlighten me as to wtf this is I've been going through pics for days different sites I must have looked at hundreds if not thousands and I haven't seen it yet.

And how do I fix it

Looks like either heat, light, or humidity stress. But I'll be able to give a little better advice if you take a picture with the HPS off.

Have you looked for bugs really good?....heat issues ....and more info would be good to help you out more accurately .

Right now they are under 2 1000watt has that are 2' above em cause their new bulbs and the Temps on the room never get above 80' during veg. My rh is between 45% and 55% cause I have budding autos in with them.
I have an 8" intake coming in from the ceiling with a mushroom filter pulling air in front outside I live in maine and it stays pretty cold till May here so it works. I also have a 6" intake also pulling cold in for running on nights below 0" so the 8 never comes on. Also I have an 8 " can-fan out take with carbon filter. 2 oscillating fans are on 24/7, I do a sulfur burn twice a week during their dark period for a couple hours to keep PM out and any other critters would have to deal with the stupid about of preventative products I have at my disposal. I have a grow room similar to a surgical room nothing gets in and only filtered air gets out. I'm following the ff nutes schedule to a t. Now all the others after closer inspection are showing the same thing only not on new growth.

Not an expert at all here, but that's what my plants start to look like whenever my lights are too close.
