Need a little help..

Check out my pics and let me know whats up with my plants if you can.. the plant on the right is about two weeks going into the 3rd for flowering, the plant on the left (smaller one) is a little experiment i started from seed 12/12 i would also like to know how do you move a plant that has been growing from 12/12 into flowering stage? its probably a little over a month old.. also sorry not trying to overload you with reading two instances... i forgot to open the doors for the box one night before the lights came on and the temps went into the 100s which resulted in some plant damage on the same leaves and sum burning from the lights being to close before i switched them around could that just be the problem but it seems they are slowly getting worse on those certain leaves

first your pics should be a little smaller lol, does the one growing in the coffee have drain holes on the bottom?

should prolly move the lights back a bit if they startd from overheatn n they keep getn worse... n stick a cup o water close under a light or do somethin to bring the humidity up some
