I'm growing in a relatively public area and need to keep the odor to a minimum. Any suggestions on strains?

I am interested in Blueberry and White Widow...thoughts?

That's not true. There are a lot of top notch strains that don't have a skunky smell. S.A.G.E is one that i've personally grown that smells more "woody" than like marijuana. At one point I was having a filtering issue, and people would ask what the smell was, because they didn't recognize it as weed. Not everyone is going to realize it either way. Most people know what it smells like being smoked, not grown.

Northern Lights is a pretty good low odor strain.

Yeah it's a classic. Heavy yields and short flowering times.
Now, does Northern Lights put u on your ass? Or does it have more of a uppy, energetic high...? I had a buddy that supposedly had NL once and it definitely gave me energy and doing things were amazing lol. No couchlock is what I like :bigjoint:

NL is 80% indica, but it does have a good "high" NL5xhaze probably has more the high you're looking for. That or SAGE which is 60/40 split sativa dominant.

another vote for northern lights - my recent grow was effectively 'unsmellable' - i couldn't smell it from 2 feet away, it's odor was that low during flowering

I'm actually growing both NL and WW and the NL has no odor and the WW smells like I'm 8 weeks into flowering, in veg.

Im growing Chronic from Serious Seeds im about 40 days in flowering and no odor at all. Only way I smell anything is if I put my nose to the nugs or touch the stems and smell my fingers.

When I had to make my choice for what I wanted to grow I needed something that didnt smell ethier and I had to chose from NL or Chronic well I chose Chronic only because I heard alot of good things about Serious Seeds. So far so good there easy to grow and hard to nute burn. Its my second grow will be my first complete grow that I finished. The top colas are about atleast 1 foot and the width of a soda can easy. I got the 10 pack and got 4 females so not to bad. 3 of them are about 3 ft with one main cola and the 1 odd one out of the group is about 4 and half ft with a top cola almost the size of a 2liter soda bottle. If your looking for some good yield and no smell I recommand Chronic I havent tried NL yet but I plan on it my next grow.

what seedbank do you recommend to buy northern lights? Is there a particular northern lights to buy for low odor? Can you start it into flowering early?

nirvana blue mystic is advertised as low odor. I"m about 4 weeks into veg and it doesn't smell. i can't vouch for it for flowering though

Just finished Nirvana's blue mystic and yes it is low odor, but it doesn't have the greatest genetics... i'm still very satisfied with her though... I cut mine at 65 days and it seemed like it could've gone maybe another week or a little less, but i got it at the perfect energetic up high... she yields pretty good too! got around 3 oz's on 1 plant indoor.
