Looking good from here, I've used Floranova and have been impressed with the results, in both yield and potency. Because of its thick concentrated nature a solid mixing/shaking is a must. The issue that you will encounter and is mentioned often here is the lack of penetration with CFL's. With the height of your plants, you are unlikely to see solid bud development at the lower 1/3 of the branches. Your best option here is to get the lights nice and close to the canopy, trim up your bottom and low hanging branches, and attempt to flatten your prime growing space. Bamboo stakes and plastic twist ties are cheap, and can aid in manipulating flexible stems. Try to get your bud sites in a fairly equal horizontal level, and relatively close to the light source. Even 600w HPS lights fail to produce dense nugs at the lower levels of three foot plants, so getting those from CFL's can be an uphill battle. I agree with stickybob, that horizontal light placement with a quality reflector will probably be superior to a vertical hung bulb in this case. You may consider adding supplementary side/bottom lighting with long fluorescent tubes to help the bottom rungs of your plant get more light. I've personally grown a few different strains to an average of three feet in 5 gallon soil containers under a mix of 600w and 1000w HPS bulbs with the Floranova line, and was happy to get 2-4 ounces per plant. Without much knowledge of your strain and little practice with CFL's its hard to guess a yield, but with some work and diligence a .60-.70 gram per watt ratio is doable in my estimations under your circumstances. Good luck, I'll continue to check in for progress updates.
