Need advice on two plants

So I have two plants that appear to be female growing in my closet right now. They are in a 9x9 box right now and I have been gradually lowering the lights to 12x12. I have them at 15 hours on and 9 hours off. I water them daily.

This is my first plant:

This one has not been topped yet. The picture on the right is the same plant zoomed in. I'm wondering about the little leafs at the main stem. Is that good or bad? Also, this plant is a 5-leaf. What does that indicate?

This is plant number two:

This one has been topped. I'm seeing similar types of small leafs on the main stem. This plant is a 7-leaf.

How do my plants look? Any suggestions/advice/comments are greatly appreciated!

I would stop watering everyday, start watering only when the soil is dry about an inch or so deep. And the leaves growing off the main stem is the plant trying to grow branches.

The plants look healthy other than looking a little overwatered. What are you growing them under?

thaats less than 10000 lumens. it shold be fine for now but you should flower it really soon if your planning on having that many lumens. get a lot of small 2700k light with more total lumens for flowering. my wattage is at 180 watts.(not equivalent)

Those growths are called branches, dont water everyday, let the soil dry before you water again, use the lift method to tell if you need to water or not. More light would help. You dont need or want to slowly lower light cycle, it is still in veg mode your just giving it less energy to grow and mature with. When you want to start flowering flip to 12/12 all at once. Trust me,
