Need Advice!! The perfect Grow medium??

I just ordered 10 WW seeds and 10 AK-47 seeds i have an 4'x8' flowering room and 4'x8' veg room. This is my first grow, so Discluding hydro and aero what is the perfect medium? I am going to be using 3-5 gal pots, but i am a little lost as to exactly what type of medium to use... soilless mix, potting soil... blah blah blah i need some expert opinions here.. what would you do if this were your grow??

I am growing WW right now. It seems to like my mix. about 80% Fox farm potting mix, 15% perlite and 5% of vermiculite/sand.

Welcome to the forum and goodluck on you first grow. Nice strains to pick by the way.

i'd go with a 80% coco coir 20% perlite mix. feed daily and allow for 10-15% run-off. don't use the brick type.
