Need advice with light rails

Im thinking about buying a light rail for my room, i hope to have 2 gardens in the room under the rail 4 plants in 1msq and 4 next to it in the same, i plan on using a single 600w on the rail.

this is just what i hope would work please correct me and please tell me if you have used a rail and how it went
