So this is my first actual grow. Plants are 7 weeks old. Growing in Coco Loco using Gen Hydro Flora Trio. 5 Gallon bags. I water every other day and feed every other water. My question is about how many liters or a whole gallon for one 5 gallon bag per watering. And attached is a pic.

Initially I'd like to say you should be drenching coco daily as the medium can dry out extremely quickly. May avoid drying issues later.
Its the prime benefit to coco, that you can water almost as much as you want as opposed to soil which is generally every 2/3 days between drenches.
I do a (1/2 strength) nute feed at lights on and water at lights off, at the very least but hey, Just MHO.
As for amounts, try to gauge so you have a smidge 10% of run off to tell you the coco is saturated throughout.
I would put no more than a litre through at a time at that age (I do almost 50% less for age) Circling the outer edge to allow roots to 'seek'.

Reason being , color shift is unnatural to human eyes ( unless you’re a lizard ) and therefore “ highlights “ shit that may not be an issue.

water till you get at least 20% runoff. for me in 3 gal grow bags its about 6 litres in and a little over a litre runs out. 5gal bags 8-10 litres if your medium is draining properly.
