Oh yeah, as far as running plants that are different heights, pretty simple solution.

I do however, strongly advise against hps light. A 315 watt cmh would be good as long as you dont get your plants too tall. The uvb they put out can be a little much for some strains. You should really be between 24-30” between the bulb and canopy. I got a diy kit from rapid led for $220. Very nice little kit and the best bang for your buck for cob leds. Pretty simple to assemble, for a few more bucks you can get solderless chips. Comes with everything you need aside from tools. Even a pretty cool little hanging kit.
View attachment 4031946The light acrossed the top is a setup i built for my veg closet using household led bulbs. Works great, hard to beat for a $60 light that covers a 2’x3.5’ using about 100 watts. Could be more efficient but, work with what you got. But yeah, the other 2 pics are the rapid led 3 chip vero 29 kit fully assembled. Draws 260 watts at the wall, 240 of actual output (20w +/- to run the driver) will do everything a 400w hps can do but better.

I could really use the extra head room sometimes! Little tents like these can be tricky. Bruce Lee said it best though, “be like water”.
