NEED ADVISE--My Largest Plant Close To HPS--I Don't Want To F This Up !!!!!

Hello All,
Growing White Widows in a ghetto cage.
Room temp. is 77F during day (lights on)

Top of one plant 6 inches from light is 90F
Other plant is 14 inches fom light @ 85F

Plants have stopped growing. Just finished fourth week of flowering.
I don't see burn and can hold hand over plant w/o burning

This is not a Grow Closet and I have good ventilation. Do I need to raise light, That will mean extending cage up, not just raising lamp.

Do you have room to raise it?

It will be a pain in the ass (removing mylar, duct tape, adding metal to cage, re-mylar)
I will do it if it is best for girl.

Hey jesus ! I can tie down/LST at this stage of flowering ???? It will be easy considering it's a cage.
