Need Before its to late!

Ok here goes,
This is going to sound stupid but Im a newb . I have a nice lookin girl IMO. The problem is, I have a 85w and a 65w Flourex that I vegged with. Now Im two weeks into flower after the first white hairs were seen. Ive been asked for the info on the Flourex, Here it is right from the box: 85w- 85w in 750w out is = to 6500kelvin=8542 photopic lumens=5695.
65w- 65w in 500w out is = to 6500kelvin=6825 photopic lumens=4550.
Both lights put out a blue rich light.
My dilema is I have a friend that gave me two HPS security lights made by lithonia they are both 70w, but he put 150w hps bulbs in them. I think it would only shorten the life of the bulbs or cut the amount of watts they put out buy switching bulbs like that right? I guess Im confused on what to do, do I use the HPS he gave me or continue to use the flourex? Or do I use a combination. I have a closet grow But I keep the doors open when I can so the temps stay around 75-85f.Ive attached some pics to look at. Your opinions will be greatly appreciated!

sorry that i dont know the answer as i myself am a noob but question for ya grow ..... youve been using two flourescents ? through out the whole grow ? how long did you veg for ?

Yeah for the whole grow, I vegged about 4 weeks. Two Flourex CFLs. Thanks for the response. Do you have anything goin right now?

u also need ballasts to match the bulbs. if its 2 lights then u need 2 ballasts

Each security light has its own built in ballast but I dont know what size they are.

indeed i do, ive got 2 - 5 week old plants .... and 3 seedlings that i germed a few days ago ...... 1 of my 5 week plants ive taken out of my house and put it strictly in the outside sunlight ( the stem is purple so its severly stunted)aand the second of the 5 week old is doing good ... its stunted but growing good and healthy ..... i have it sitting under 3 13watt CFL's and 1 24" Flour Tube ... im going to invest in 1 more CFL as i broke one bulb .... and in about 3 more weeks .. im going to buy 8 (hopefully) bigger wattage and lumen CFL's and put them uptop for the flower stage

the two 5 week old ones that are doin good are from a bag of schwag ... but its doin healthy .. i was told the seeds were 80% female my buddy who i got the bag off ..... and the 3 seedlings i got are from a buddy up in kelowna ... there purple indica ... and hes got 5 7foot tall plants in his backyard :d hidden by sunflowers

Sounds really good. Thats funny Ifound my seed in my tool box. Im sure it was decent or I wouldnt have saved it. I hope sometime in the future I can afford a HID System. Im shooting for the 400w HPS. Thats why I posted this, hoping someone could give me some sound advise untill I get my system.

yea i was thinking the same thing too ..... then i could veg with CFL and flower with HPS ... but for now ... if CFL's work ... ill spend the most amount of money ( under the amount of HPS cost ) on CFL bulbs and flour tubes

I would just go with my flourex but I heard CFL wont give you the dense buds, so I stayed with the HPS I have, but people are saying its dangerous.

flourex =flourescent tube no ? im not sure ...... why wont CFLs give dense buds ? i heard that based on the strain is whether or not you get dense buds .... and how it grows .... foliage/nodes further away = fluffy ...foliage/nodes close together = dense buds ... i read that on this forum somewhere yesturday .... and as for HPS ... or even MH at that .... in my opinion there both dangerous unless you absolutely know what your doing and have the money to run them .... i myself dont have the knowledge or money to run them nor do i wanna take the risk of gettin caught growing ... theres grow ops gettin busted on a weekly basis in my area

farm and yard maybe is the section...

ok, you should definatly use the hps instead of that flurex tube or whatever in flowering but you may wanna change the bulbs back to the size they are supposed to be for the ballast thats built in. It looks like it did a nice job for vegging, but now its time to use RED spectrum lighting (about 2500k). hps lighting is what you want to use for flowering if you can in any way.....
