Need DIY t5 to LED help

is this possible? My t5's are crap, they're so old.. the ends are all wiggly and I just took one apart and its cracked.
I have a multimeter and all the tools I would need to set things up but I have very little understanding about this subject.
I wasnt sure if the drivers are compatible with anything , or these little LEDS might be usable for this project, or if someone recommends just throwing them away or repairing them back to usable t5's again.
I took some pictures of the internals and The LED's I had laying around.

If this is rookie stuff please hook me up with some good threads to help me get into this. I just got a few qb kits from HLG and its making me interested in diy stuff! amazing lights they have btw..20190930_093031.jpg 20190930_093051.jpg I have two of these drivers and two of those small LED strips20190930_093101.jpg
this is what i'm not sure about.

So fix it, mod it, or throw it in the trash??

get a couple Samsung strips 4k matching heatsinks or aluminium l plate and a driver. More usable light and cheaper to run in the long term.

Those T5 LED bulbs are not as efficient as using LED hard strips. I converted this light myself, everything is original except the LEDs and its driver. I even hollowed out the T5 bulb mount to hide the Wago connectors that connect what was the original power wire, which now runs from the driver output to the LED strips.
The boards I used were HLG's QB96 strips, which sad;y, they no longer make. Samsung strip would work fine also. The strips fit inside the stock reflector so well, you have to look under to tell there are LEDs in there.
