All in all, your plants look pretty good. If you had a N toxicity it must have been mild. If it were me, I'd simply watch them and give them the chance to grow through whatever excess nutrients you may be dealing with. Good luck friend.

No evidence of N toxicity; look fine to me. If you got more fresh mix to transplant to and maybe a source of compost and a fertilizer you could get away with just water for quite some time.

Slow release fertilizer is forgiving. Could probly do with even less shit than a 50/50 mix especially with small young plants even though there’s no burn. Use chicken shit as a fertilizer myself which is faster release & have gone too far more than a few times. They recover with just regular watering.
Title says need guidance..,I would advise to get the following items if you plan to get through to harvest and beyond with mostly just plain water:
Worm castings
Perlite
Crushed Oyster shell
Fish bone meal
Granular mycorrhizae
Add this with exception of the myco to a good organic base soil for the next up-pot transplant. Sprinkle the myco in the hole at each transplant. The perlite is for in case adding more compost makes the soil too mucky.
That potting mix looks kind of weak but if that is what you got it can work. The only soluble nutrient I recommend having on hand is liquid fish. Neptune’s harvest with seaweed is my favorite one but any old fish emulsion will do. Good to have if they start to look pale or have been in the same container for a bit too long.

Can maybe even get away with just the fish bone for first run. Oyster shell is good to help regulate ph in the root zone when you are adding a lot of organic material like shit and compost.
