If the plant is flowering, this is probably going to be very difficult, especially if you plan on continuing to flower it. First you need to get the clones a new pair of roots. To do this she is going to need, Light amounts of light ** Do not over due it, and especially do not use a incandescent bulb. Perferably pick up a CFL from the store and put it about 6-12 inches away.
Now that you have your light situation taken care of, the next concern is getting the plant water. Since it does have not have roots its going to be doing this through its leaves. You are going to want to create a little humidity dome. You can do this out of a 2 liter bottle, by cutting the bottom off of it, and sitting your plant right inside to create a little dome. You are going to want to mist your plant very often, but do not water much. You do not want muggy soil, you want it just moist. Like I said you want to be more focused on keeping the leafs moist and letting them absorb water from the air (high humidity)
The problem with this though, is that most people clone plants in veg state of growth which makes the plant a little more prone to root. Also I have not seen anyone root a clone while its flowering and continue to flower it, like you are trying to do. If you want to just try and revert it back to growth so that you have another plant that you could flower again later, that would work but it does take a bit of time, maybe more so then it would be worth.
Hope I could help mate. Just remember, low light, high humidity, moist, not soggy soil.
