Just clean water until you see the fake leafs (non serrated) turn yellow. See the plant is born with it's own nutrients to give it a fair shot in life, and they are stored in the cotyledon leafs (fake leafs). When they go yellow, start with 1/4 tsp nitrogen/veg nutes.
Once the plant takes off and starts growing before your eyes, she is in the veg stage.

Yes same for veg. The reason is the roots grow better at night so better root system, better nutrient take up.

Thats great. I noticed how good they looked. Just remember that when they grow fast they will suck up alot of water. So just keep an eye on them.

Yea you can throw them into 12/12 to see if they have female flowers...But i think its better just to let them grow out, and when they start having alternating nodes (staggered branches) they'll usually start growing pre-flowers.
I had a seedling that was 4 weeks old, just under 18/6, and it showed pre-flowers.
Judging by the pictures, i'd give that another 2-3 weeks until you start throwing nutrients at it.

You must wait for your plants to mature. I mean thats the best way. When they get about 8-9 nodes high, look at the 6-7th node and the pre-sex will show.There is no need to go 12/12 and stress her/him.
