It’s always at around 27 degrees
That's even worse I would just grow strain that like excessive heat sour diesel, super silver haze etc I looked into some to grow for summer bit the excessive heat has made one of my plants grow nanners hopefully won't do too much damage been plucking them out this morning I wish you better luck than me mate it's my first grow and all was going great till this heat I still can't complain I've got some big buds to harvest in a few weeks and hopefully not too many seeds but apparently nanners are just a part of the growing process

Are you watering every 2 days because they're dry or just because. They were nute burned for sure. Maybe a root problem starting. Have you had gnats

That soil looks pretty wet. Too wet of soil leads to lack of oxygen at the root zone which can slow growth. Also, you say premium potting soil. What exactly is this premium potting soil? It look pretty woody almost like a mulch not a container potting soil. It also looks like it has timed released nutrients in it which is what those small round colored balls are. Timed release nutrients can cause issues especially when you're adding more nutrients on top of that.

Overwatering can lead to anaerobic soil which can lead to bad bacteria and root rot even in soil.

My girls looked the same a few weeks back. I adjusted my watering. Water less and let the soil dry between watering. My plants seem to grow more when the soil is dryer than wet. Also look for gnats if you see them your soil is too moist. If you have a dimmable light turn it down a notch, but be careful moving it away from the plant because you'll cause the plant to stretch. Also cut down the nutrients to half doses. Your in a tent, and those plants look to be about 13 to 16" tall. You may want to consider going to bloom very soon, you plants will double maybe even triple in height. You also haven't done a lot of trimming, so start getting rid of that bottom portion so growth will focus at the top when you flip to bloom.

The soils drying up on quick rate every day they look like they need water.
