Need Help ASAP

I just opened a a kleenex that had a seed in it that i didnt think would sprout.. it has an end with 2 little leaves and an end thats connected to the kleenex.. which side should i put it the rockwool cube( im guessing the side without the leaves), and how should i have it in reference to the rockwool cube?

I have it in the rockwool cube just watered it a little, and do not have the light turned on.. It Looks pretty dried out and raggedy.. Can i save this beast?

give it light and keep the rockwool moist but not soggy wet... Maybe you can save it then, maybe not.
