Need help bad with nute excess or deficiency???

That's a little better. That soil looks dry. Also I'd give plain water next time and see if they're happier.
And the issue is I just started watering with my nutes last watering. The symptoms have been there since i recieved them from the starter grower I thought the high ph in my water might have caused the issues. Also the soil sat outside in bags for about 3 months not sure if it can lose nutrients over time outside or gain them or what ?

Ya, lay off the nutes for a bit.
I meant to say the issue is these symtoms have been here since before I recieved them and fed nutes I was watering straight tap water for roughly 2 weeks after I recieved them and symptoms just kept getting worse... so then I added nutes last watering to see if there is any change but that was 3-4 days ago and no change. I just watered again with the nutes. They haven’t even had time to really kick in, let alone cause an excess or deficiency. These plants are about 4-5 weeks old from seed and the issues have been there since about week 2

Your original soil mix is already too hot or off and causing lockout and pH issues. Just a guess. I'd give plain water and see if they get better.

Especially if your using tap water, which I’m guessing is hard correct?
Yes it’s hard water but filtered I bought a water analysis kit to test it here’s the results it just doesnt test cal, mag, or sulphur or salt levels which I’m concerned about because as you all know they basically can all cause lockout or many other issues in excess or deficiency of any of those nutes. Let me know your thoughts

I’ve been watering with straight wAter though. And that’s when these issues arose. I mean straight a week or two after seed. With just plain water. I just added nutes last watering and that’s the only time I’ve added nutes and as I said these issues were there way before the nutes so I’m not understanding how sticking to what I’ve been doing and watering with plain water is gonna help things turn around ? Because that’s what I’ve been doing and the plant is having issues so...I’m confused haha

Don’t worry about lockouts that might be caused from the water, unless the source of your water is bad, it shouldn’t be a problem.

How do you filter your water? Where did you get your soil from?

Well I wasn't aware that you had problems giving plain water since I didn't read The Wall.

Have you tested pH, and if so how?

And I agree I Shouldn’t be deficient of any nutes In good soil but what about in cases where I might have high calcium levels and high salt levels in my water which both can cause lock out from what I’ve been told or maybe by some chance the manufacturer lied about what is in the soil and I have an abundance of phosphorus or potassium causing lockout of other nutrients like magnesium... I don’t know man I’ve done so much research I’m questioning my own name at this point

I thought you don’t ph your water?
No I do Somewhat I wasn’t Ph The water during the first three weeks maybe even four was watering with straight tapwater running blind And because of the issues I went and bought pH strips the other day I went for a meter but Lowes didn’t have any so I had to get the strips end up on testing my water I have Roughly 60 ppm and between eight and nine on the PH I added my nutrients to the water And tested PH and it says somewhere between six and 6.8 so I figure all the more reason to water with the nutes

Well your gonna have to look up the credibility of your water source, they should have a chart stating how much of each is in the water like how I have here in Monrovia.
